As a Continuum of care Cypress Village makes aging in place simple. Residents are able to seamlessly transition from independent living to assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing care, as their Healthcare needs change. Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sales and Marketing Manager for Assisted living / Memory care. Come experience the Cypress Village difference! We are an elegant an Upscale Senior Living Community nestles in 120 acres. The work schedule is Monday - Friday Full time with Weekend on call coverage as needed. Responsibilities
- Meets and exceeds Budgeted sales expectations.
- Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed, and that timely follow- through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames.
- Utilize Sales Force effectively by promptly inputting data and uses the system to manage assigned lead base.
- Understand and articulately represents the Community for outside sales and referral management.
- Executes and manages referral source and internal prospect events.
