MARKETING AND SALES COORD
About The Position
The Marketing/Sales Coordinator works with the Maintenance team, the Social Services Director, and the Director of Residential Services as needed to support a timely, efficient, and positive move-in or transfer experience for residents and their families. The coordinator also works directly with the Director of Marketing/Sales to assist with lead generation and outreach activities. The position requires a highly relational, independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and outcome-driven person. The coordinator is expected to maintain a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to embrace Kimball Farms’ core values while representing the organization positively to the external and internal community. This is a 30-hour-per-week, non-exempt position.
Requirements
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong experience preparing reports.
- Professional, relational, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with an interdisciplinary team.
- Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to travel distances necessary to execute outreach strategy within local and extended markets may be necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field; extensive related experience may be substituted for a degree.
- Three to five years of sales-related experience within a senior setting.
Responsibilities
