About The Position

Strategic Energy Solutions, Inc.® (SES) is seeking a highly organized marketing professional to join their team as a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator. This role involves coordinating proposals, creating marketing materials, and supporting communication efforts to connect technical expertise with clients and communities. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
AEC industry experience strongly preferred.
Strong writing, proofreading, formatting, organization, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate contributors, and follow projects through to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage proposals and Statements of Qualification from kickoff through final submission, including schedules, deadlines, content collection, formatting, and proofreading.
Update project sheets, resumes, presentations, social media content, website materials, newsletters, award submissions, and other communications.
Work with engineers, project managers, and leaders to turn project information and technical accomplishments into clear, engaging content.
Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, staff resumes, project information, photography, and marketing libraries.
Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development team to coordinate pursuits, presentations, events, and strategic initiatives.
Help create more consistent, proactive, and efficient proposal and communication workflows.
