Student Quarters is seeking a Marketing and Outreach Assistant to join their team. This role involves marketing apartments according to SQ Standards, providing professional resident services, and acting as a brand ambassador. The assistant will build rapport with the public, perform outreach to local businesses and universities, and distribute promotional materials. This includes both in-person and digital outreach via social media and email. The role also involves assisting with social media promotion, website content, and e-marketing efforts. Additionally, the assistant will attend local events, flyer on campus and in surrounding areas, and deliver presentations to various groups. Managing promotional merchandise, performing administrative tasks, maintaining customer service relationships, and utilizing sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic are also key responsibilities. A digital media library must be maintained, and assistance with resident events is required. Student Quarters aims to provide enriching experiences and exceptional results for investors, employees, and residents, fostering community engagement through premier apartment locations and exciting events.
