Marketing and Outreach Assistant (Lease Up) - Samuel
About The Position
This role generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events, and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events. The role generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach. The Marketing and Outreach Assistant will talk to leasing prospects about community and housing needs, distribute literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts, and attend housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community. This is a 2027 Lease Up Community, and candidates should be available to start October 2026.
