At CTSI, a New Charter Company, we are seeking a Marketing and New Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation, pipeline development, and client engagement. This is an on-site position based in Lubbock, TX or Frisco, TX. In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership, utilize CRM platforms, and execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and in-person channels to generate qualified opportunities and build a strong pipeline. You will maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while representing the company positively in all interactions. To be successful in this role, you will consistently execute outreach strategies, manage lead activity and data with precision, and contribute to marketing-driven pipeline growth while maintaining strong communication and organizational discipline. You will demonstrate accountability for your activity levels and results, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and exceed lead generation targets.
