About The Position

Marketing and Enrollment Manager is a dynamic and relationship-driven leader responsible for growing enrollment, creating meaningful connections with families, and bringing excitement and visibility to the Primrose School of Brookfield community. This role blends marketing, event planning, and family engagement to ensure our school continues to thrive as the premier early childhood education provider in the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education, or related field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect warmly with families.
  • Previous experience in marketing, enrollment, or community relations (preferably in education or childcare).
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
  • Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about early childhood education and family partnerships.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM or enrollment tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with prospective families through tours, phone calls, emails, and personalized follow-ups.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate and nurture new enrollment leads through community networking, digital marketing, and relationship-building
  • Curate personalized school tours that reflect each family's unique interests and priorities in early education.
  • Guide families through the full enrollment process, including tuition discussions, paperwork completion, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain accurate enrollment tracking and reporting.
  • Lead marketing initiatives, including social media, local partnerships, community outreach, and digital campaigns to strengthen the school's brand awareness.
  • Plan and coordinate creative, fun, and purposeful events for children, families, team members, and the community.
  • Partner with teachers and leadership to promote school culture and create "buzz" that reflects Primrose's Balanced Learning approach.
  • Assist in managing marketing materials, signage, website updates, and family communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support the leadership team with special projects that enhance family satisfaction and community engagement.
