The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is a part-time (20 to 24 hours) position that supports the growth of the school by driving enrollment, building local community presence, and creating strong relationships with prospective and current families.

  • Drive enrollment through lead management, including responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, follow-ups, and family onboarding.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including digital (organic and paid) campaigns, email marketing, and social media.
  • Represent the school at local events and build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and employers.
  • Plan and support family events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service; digital marketing experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
