The Chief Strategic Marketing and Enrollment Manager is directly responsible for elevating the visibility, reputation and enrollment outcomes of The Ohio State University’s College of Nursing. This role will lead the development and execution of integrated enrollment management to attract and enroll high-quality applicants across undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs. As a marketing and communications leader, the Chief Strategic Marketing and Enrollment Manager serves as a strategic advisor to the dean, and will guide the development and implementation of strategies, plans and campaigns. This leader oversees teams for enrollment and marketing and communications, unifying their work to support future and current students, faculty and staff, alumni, donors, funders, and peer institutions. Reporting directly to the Dean of the College of Nursing, this individual is a strong leader who brings a combined understanding of enrollment and marketing and communications. They will collaborate closely with academic leaders, admissions teams, and university partners to support enrollment priorities and strategic marketing and communications.
