Housman Partners is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Marketing and Creative Coordinator to join their marketing team. This role involves building and promoting multiple brands through creative storytelling, strategic marketing, and digital engagement. The position is responsible for executing creative marketing campaigns, digital media initiatives, listing promotion, photography, graphic design, social media management, and brand development. Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, branding, content creation, or social media management.
  • Capable of working independently, solving problems proactively, and contributing with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for increasing engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experience creating content for business or professional brands.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Photography experience and photo editing skills.
  • Experience with Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or Adobe Firefly.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous marketing, graphic design, photography, social media, or other creative work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies across multiple Housman Partners brands.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and print marketing.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Create professional marketing materials using Canva and other design platforms, including brochures, postcards, mailers, presentations, open house flyers, invitations, signage, billboards, digital billboards, and other branded marketing collateral.
  • Manage and grow Housman Partners' presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, with a particular focus on expanding our YouTube presence.
  • Develop engaging reels, stories, and short-form video content.
  • Promote new listings, price improvements, open houses, company announcements, client success stories, and community involvement.
  • Monitor engagement and help identify opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist with preparing and marketing new listings in accordance with Housman Partners' brand standards.
  • Assist with photography scheduling and organization.
  • Edit photographs and prepare listing marketing materials.
  • Assist with photography, capture purposeful video footage for property marketing, and support the videographer by gathering high-quality, usable content for final production.
  • Ensure listings receive consistent marketing exposure across all company platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing timelines to ensure new listings, price improvements, open houses, and status changes are promoted accurately and on schedule.
  • Update website content.
  • Upload blogs, agent biographies, client reviews, and videos.
  • Assist with SEO initiatives.
  • Support Google Business Profile management.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and digital advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance.
  • Compile monthly marketing reports.
  • Track social media analytics and website traffic.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance data.
  • Assist with client appreciation events.
  • Develop event graphics and promotional materials.
  • Support sponsorships and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing materials for company events.
