About The Position

St. Michael’s is hiring a Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support our Human Resources and Communications teams. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting branding, communications, digital marketing, and content development initiatives across the organization. You will contribute to internal and external marketing efforts while gaining exposure to multiple departments and opportunities to explore future career paths within the company. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit content for internal communications, social media, and marketing materials
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Support brand messaging and maintain consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate with business development and internal teams to support content needs
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Assist with developing presentations, graphics, and promotional materials
  • Track and report on content and campaign performance metrics
  • Support event coordination and logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site execution to help ensure successful events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
