The Marketing and Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, and coordinating internal and external communications and marketing initiatives that support the organization's mission, goals, culture, and brand. This role works closely with leaders across the organization to ensure employees, providers, patients, board members, and community stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and engaging information. The Marketing and Communications Specialist manages communication and marketing channels, develops content, coordinates special projects and events, and ensures a consistent organizational voice and brand across all communication platforms and materials. This position also serves as a key liaison between organizational leaders and external marketing partners to ensure alignment of communication strategies, branding, messaging, and organizational priorities.
