We’re looking for a creative, organized, detail-driven Marketing and Communications Specialist to help us share our mission with employees, patients, partners, and communities. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an Associate’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience
  • 2–5 years of related experience in marketing, communications, internal communications, digital content, event coordination, vendor coordination, or a similar area.

Responsibilities

  • Support employee announcements, newsletters, leadership messages, internal platform updates, and company-wide communications.
  • Help manage communication timelines so updates are clear, consistent, organized, and delivered on schedule.
  • Help maintain websites, social media platforms, online business listings, and other digital channels by coordinating content updates and monitoring accuracy.
  • Coordinate and organize learning content, upload materials, update course information, track content needs, and partner with subject matter experts.
  • Create, edit, proofread, and format flyers, presentations, digital content, print materials, employee resources, and other branded communications.
  • Coordinate print and promotional item orders, including vendor quotes, proofs, approvals, inventory tracking, and delivery timelines.
  • Support planning and execution for conferences, community events, open houses, recruiting events, internal engagement activities, and other company initiatives.
  • Assist with social media content planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and brand-aligned messaging.
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, vendor needs, digital channel metrics, event results, and engagement summaries.
  • Work closely with marketing leadership, operational leaders, clinic teams, vendors, and internal partners to support communication needs across the organization.
