The Marketing and Communications Manager provides strategic leadership for ONWA's marketing, branding, digital engagement, public awareness, and organizational reputation. Reporting to the Director of Policy, Strategy and Communications, the Manager leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of ONWA's organization-wide Marketing and Communications Strategy to advance the organization's Vision, Mission, strategic priorities, and advocacy goals. Leading the Marketing and Communications team, the Manager oversees integrated marketing, storytelling, digital communications, social media, branding, and public awareness campaigns that strengthen organizational visibility, engagement, and advocacy across Ontario. As ONWA's marketing and communications subject matter expert, the Manager provides strategic advice and guidance to Executive Leadership and departments across the organization, partnering with program areas to translate organizational priorities into effective public-facing campaigns while ensuring consistent, culturally grounded messaging and brand integrity. The Manager is responsible for protecting and enhancing ONWA's public profile and reputation through strategic communications, collaboration, and relationship building, while using performance measurement, audience insights, and evaluation to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of marketing and communications initiatives.
