About The Position

Leads marketing, communications, and branding efforts. This role involves collaborating with various departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, television, and events. The position serves as the primary marketing liaison between the Communications team, other departments, and vendors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable to developing marketing content
  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing channels/tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management, leadership, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, public-speaking and presentation skills
  • Quick learner, flexible at work, and work independently and on a team
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to balance other business considerations while meeting timelines
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable means of transportation and no-fault auto insurance are required, if applicable.
  • Able to travel by plane to neighbor islands

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field such as communications
  • Three years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area within the insurance sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in publishing/design software (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Photoshop)
  • Basic-level proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy
  • Basic-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
