Duration: 10 Weeks, Paid | Eligible: College Juniors Build Real Experience in Marketing & Communications at a Top-Ranked RIA Our Summer Internship Program gives college juniors an opportunity to experience how marketing and communications drive business growth, brand awareness, and client engagement within a professional services organization. What You'll Actually Do From day one, you'll be immersed in meaningful work that supports the firm's marketing and communications efforts. Rather than observing from the sidelines, you'll own projects and help bring ideas to life across multiple channels. Over 10 weeks, you'll: Lead 2-3 marketing-focused special projects from concept through execution, delivering outcomes that support the firm's strategic goals. Partner with interns and colleagues across the organization to move project deliverables through marketing and compliance review processes and into approved client-facing materials. Collaborate on the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and other content used by advisory teams with prospects and clients. Support content planning, copywriting, video production, scheduling, and reporting across social media platforms. Assist with website optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and digital advertising initiatives. Plan and coordinate the firm's annual internship reception while supporting other client and firmwide events. Contribute to the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns and newsletters. By the end of the summer, you'll have developed a strong understanding of how marketing, communications and compliance work together in a highly regulated industry.
