About The Position

Advantage Capital's Diverse Internship Journey offers students the opportunity to apply their skills in a meaningful, hands-on way. Interns will collaborate with professionals across finance, marketing, communications, and impact investing on real-world projects. The program is designed for students interested in marketing, communications, storytelling, branding, impact reporting, and stakeholder engagement within the finance and investment context. Requirements

• Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in marketing, communications, impact investing, or finance
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Curiosity about business practices, storytelling, and community impact
• St. Louis-based internships require a minimum 3.5 GPA

Nice To Haves

• Interest in local, state, or federal legislation is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Supporting internal and external communications and marketing initiatives
• Assisting with content creation, including written materials, presentations, and digital assets
• Helping manage and organize data, metrics, and reporting related to marketing and outreach efforts
• Supporting brand awareness through social media, campaigns, and storytelling
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to highlight impact investing outcomes
• Assisting with special projects based on organizational and departmental needs
