We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives that enhance brand visibility and engage internal and external audiences. The role blends creative support, content development, social media coordination, and campaign execution tasks to ensure consistent and effective marketing communications across channels, both internally and externally. As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as high professionalism, ability to meet deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience supporting marketing or communications functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
  • Knowledge of Marketing Campaign Management and Google Ad Platforms (GA4)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as high professionalism, ability to meet deadlines, and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms, such as Hootsuite
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Knowledge of web content management and development
  • Ability to support planning and execution of corporate-wide events
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative across projects

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns that support organizational goals, including recruitment, brand awareness, events, and client engagement
  • Create and update visual and written communication materials such as graphics, social media content, flyers, brochures, email visuals, and presentations
  • Support management of social media platforms through content creation, content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance reporting
  • Coordinate and assist with website content updates
  • Support conference, tradeshow, and event communications — including materials preparation, booth graphics support, and logistics coordination
  • Support internal communications initiatives and events that promote employee engagement and organizational priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure alignment of messaging and brand standards
