About The Position

FICS, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team! As a Marketing Specialist, you will design and implement effective advertising and marketing strategies that showcase our cutting-edge loan origination and servicing software products. Your role will involve taking the lead on Advertising concepts and campaigns, creating engaging content, managing digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and analyzing market trends to help us stay ahead of the competition. We are searching for a candidate who is not only creative in graphic design, but someone who can take the lead role in advertising for the company. If you have a passion for crafting compelling narratives, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment, you could be the perfect fit for our organization!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and/or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in advertising and marketing, including developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Graphic design experience, preferably for a mortgage company, financial institution, or in the software industry.
  • Significant work experience in advertising or marketing specialist roles.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency in Adobe CC Applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn other software used by FICS in a Windows environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and innovate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with email marketing is preferred but not required.
