Responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of products, systems, or services—including new products and features—to solve customer problems and drive business growth. Establishes the product vision, gathers customer, market, and competitive insights, and prioritizes features and specifications. Identifies key customer pain points and articulates the business value of the product. Reviews current offerings to recommend enhancements to features and functionality. Owns product–market fit, value delivery, and performance across the lifecycle. Conducts ongoing competitor assessments and benchmarks industry offerings to ensure product differentiation, market relevance, and competitive advantage. Collaborates with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to launch and continuously improve products. Acts as the voice of the customer, ensuring that offerings meet market needs and align with business objectives. Owns program financial goal setting, budgeting for all product investments, and product profitability. Sits at the intersection of customer needs, technical feasibility, and business viability. Provide Commercial Applied Product Managers with actionable intelligence on product lines to increase sales and margins. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote per week
