Position Summary The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for providing Marketing with a clear and trustworthy view of performance by connecting marketing activities, spending, and sales outcomes into actionable insights. This role oversees marketing reporting, attribution, and data quality, ensuring teams have reliable information to measure effectiveness and make informed decisions. By connecting campaign, channel, and Salesforce pipeline data, the Marketing Analytics Manager helps quantify marketing's impact, optimize investment decisions, and build the foundation for advanced marketing mix modeling and ROI measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing reporting, or marketing technology (MarTech), including hands-on experience with attribution platforms and Salesforce data.
  • Demonstrated success selecting, implementing, and managing marketing attribution or analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify and resolve data quality challenges, including inconsistent campaign tagging, broken UTM tracking, and misaligned channel definitions.
  • Strong ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations rather than simply reporting metrics.
  • Experience querying data directly using SQL or similar tools to answer business questions and diagnose data quality issues.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts and the ability to translate business requirements into accurate data specifications.
  • Familiarity with marketing mix modeling principles and data requirements, including the ability to advise stakeholders on organizational readiness and potential implementation options.
  • Comfortable evaluating and adopting emerging analytics tools and practices, including AI-enabled technologies, to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Select, implement, and own the marketing attribution and reporting platform, evaluating solutions such as Marketing Cloud Intelligence while leveraging NeoGenomics' existing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud investments.
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards for marketing reporting, including campaign tagging, UTM parameters, and channel definitions. Proactively identify and resolve gaps before they undermine trust in reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that connect marketing spend to leads, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution, providing visibility into performance across teams.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations regarding where to increase investment, optimize resources, or adjust strategy.
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing Operations and Commercial Enablement to ensure marketing data remains aligned with commercial KPIs and business objectives.
  • Monitor the organization's progress toward developing the data volume, consistency, and historical benchmarks required to support future marketing mix modeling initiatives.
  • Advise leadership on readiness, implementation options, and potential partnerships related to marketing mix modeling capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt more efficient analytics tools and best practices, including AI-enabled technologies, to improve reporting accuracy, productivity, and business insights.
