  • Ability to partner across functions to maintain a connected, business-wide view.
  • Advanced SQL on large datasets.
  • Strong BI and visualization skills.
  • Solid statistics and experimentation fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with causal inference.
  • Comfortable with tactical underpinnings like data integrations, attribution logic, conversion loops, and LTV modeling.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and high standards across strategic and tactical work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS and/or PLG background.
  • Experience with Python or R.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear narratives, dashboards, and self-serve tools to communicate insights and influence marketing operations.
  • Partner across analytics teams to ensure channel metrics, growth, and company outcomes present a coherent story.
  • Anticipate future measurement needs and identify opportunities indicated by data.
  • Translate requests into clear priorities, keep stakeholders updated on progress, and drive technical alignment on definitions, methods, and data sources.
  • Engage directly in high-stakes projects, contributing technically, guiding, unblocking, and brainstorming with the team.
  • Shape the measurement and experimentation framework, including attribution, incrementality, CAC, payback, and LTV.
  • Balance analytical rigor with pragmatism, making confident recommendations based on sharp hypotheses and imperfect data when necessary.
