About The Position

This role serves as a Marketing Analytics Chief of Staff, focusing on enhancing leadership team effectiveness, team productivity, operational excellence, and strategic coordination within the marketing analytics domain. The Chief of Staff will improve planning routines, meeting effectiveness, and cross-functional coordination, bringing structure to priorities and helping leaders focus on high-value work. They will design and mature team operating rhythms, identify friction points, and implement improvements to increase focus, accountability, and productivity. The role also involves driving alignment across critical partners, managing cross-team dependencies, and serving as a central point of coordination for updates. A key aspect is preparing concise updates that connect work to business priorities and OKRs, reinforcing a culture of preparation and accountability. The Chief of Staff will own agendas, materials, and follow-ups for key forums, ensuring decisions and action items are captured and translated into action. They will also develop high-quality presentations and deliver clear, timely communications tailored to various audiences. Building fluency in the team's analytics work, tools, and processes is essential to confidently communicate priorities, insights, and progress to business partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, improving team operations, or managing complex workstreams.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments with limited direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for a range of business audiences.
  • Experience developing polished presentations, organizing leadership discussions, and driving follow-through on decisions and action items.
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort working in an analytics-driven environment, with the ability to build credibility with both analytical and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manages projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors project plans.
  • Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
  • Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
  • Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships.
  • Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues.
  • Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
