About The Position

As a Marketing Analyst reporting to the Head of North American Markets (NAM) Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in building awareness of and growth in Nasdaq’s markets and products. You’ll thrive in this position if you’re strategic, collaborative, self-starting, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for marketing to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience; strong preference toward financial services experience.
  • Prior experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Knak, Monday.com, Power BI, and/or Drupal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, clear communicator, and comfort operating in collaborative, matrixed environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
  • Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Provides marketing support for product promotions and marketing campaigns including, but not limited to: Developing and pitching presentations, Writing, proofreading, and editing collateral, Maintaining and amplifying the business’ digital presence, Crafting and managing social media campaigns, Client event support, Managing and allocating 3rd party sponsorships
  • Leads a segment of client relationships, from pitch to execution.
  • Partners with clients to design and execute co-marketing campaigns aligned with internal and client business objectives.
  • Works with external agencies and vendors, as well as internal teams, to execute marketing programs.
  • Monitors marketing campaign metrics against plan, implementing course corrections as necessary, while analyzing and reporting on campaign results, including recommendations to improve future initiatives.
