About The Position

The Marketing Analyst & Specialist is responsible for managing the SWISS KRONO and TruWood brands, coordinating print and digital marketing collateral, and analyzing marketing performance to support strategic decision-making. This position combines marketing execution with market research, data analysis, and reporting to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Requirements

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management, sales support, digital marketing, or a related field required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Analytics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • On-site attendance is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing, building products, industrial, or business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Registering and maintaining trademarks
  • Optimizing branded searches
  • Completing Declare label and NAF third-party audits and renewals
  • Posting and tracking social media content on Facebook
  • Providing specifiers appropriate documentation for green projects
  • Managing print and digital marketing collateral in collaboration with the sales team to include its design, production, and distribution
  • Ensuring marketing collateral is accurate and current
  • Optimizing website content and digital marketing campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, and user experience
  • Managing trade shows and exhibits
  • Directing, planning, buying, and tracking annual media
  • Managing website content to ensure TruWoodsiding.com and SWISS KRONO/PineParticleboard.com sites are accurate and current
  • Developing and maintaining marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), lead generation, website traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Coordinating with sales manager on new product rollouts
  • Remaining current on FSC marketing requirements
  • Independently managing multiple marketing projects and priorities with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Ordering company and marketing tools as approved by management
  • Maintaining various industry subscriptions, memberships, listings, and biographies as directed by the General Manager
  • Managing special projects assigned by the General Manager
