The Marketing Administrator will facilitate budget, invoice, and new vendor processes across the department, supporting Marketing leaders in close collaboration with Finance. A Day in the Life: Responsibilities will include providing general administrative support for the Global Marketing team with the management of budgets, tracking investments, and invoices. The Marketing Administrator is within the global Paid Media and Advertising Marketing team and will involve close collaboration with cross functional Hertz teams including but not limited to Finance, Procurement, Brand, eCom, Loyalty, and CRM. This role is responsible for administering marketing budgets and investments, supporting various Marketing leaders and their vendors from a financial perspective. Preparing executive-level reporting, including financial forecasts, investment approval request documents etc., is a critical part of the role. Note: this role will be required to work from our Atlanta, GA office at least 3 days per week. The salary range for this position is around $55k but is commensurate with experience.
