Requirements

• Proficiency in software and tools related to Title 22 regulations, wage and hour practices, and marketing strategies specific to senior care
• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage family and resident relations, ensuring open lines of communication and trust between the facility and the community
• Possessing a current RCFE Certification or License is crucial, as it validates your expertise and commitment to regulatory compliance and quality care
