About The Position
Human Touch Home Care seeking a Administrator in the to function as an exceptional Admin manager to oversee care management, quality assurance and compliance for the home care services, and direct the interdisciplinary team (IDT). The Administrator will establish goals and objectives to advance the home care agency to higher levels of quality and regulatory compliance while implementing quality standards to ensure excellent delivery of home health care. We provide comprehensive, skilled, and non-skilled services, to our home bound clients in Colorado, with an excellent track record of client-focused care. Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of Administrator level experience in home healthcare
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a supervisor/manager
- Understanding of and demonstrated success in achieving and maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field preferred
- Prior experience with computer/software driven quality programs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct and support a team of Caregivers
- Work as a team to uphold the company's mission, vision and core values
- Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; as well as company policies & procedures
- Promote and champion employee and patient safety/ well being
- Monitor/audit staff practices and implementation for quality assurance
- Evaluate the company's caregiver program and individual performance to ensure the best possible patient clinical outcomes and satisfaction
