About The Position

Cogent Analytics is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing/Admin Intern to join our team! This internship (20 hours per week) offers hands-on experience supporting both marketing initiatives and general administrative operations in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn while helping the team execute projects that drive engagement and efficiency.

Requirements

• Comfortable collaborating with a team and engaging with colleagues or clients
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Professional and polished communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Intermediate computer skills
• Authorized to work in the United States and located in Greensboro, NC
• Ability to work 20 hours per week, starting early May 2026

Nice To Haves

• Creative mindset; experience with Canva or other marketing tools is a plus
• Interest in marketing, hospitality, or related fields is preferred

Responsibilities

• General administrative support (data entry, responding to emails, answering phone calls, organizing supplies)
• Running errands and assisting with event preparation
• Light research and project support
• Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media, Canva graphics, and content creation
• Assisting with documentation, coordination, and logistics across departments
• Help organize internal events, meetings, and team activities
