Summary Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, you will be the backbone of our marketing operations—ensuring smooth execution of projects, supporting digital efforts, and coordinating key events that showcase our firm’s expertise.

Requirements

  • College degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and all major social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a professional services firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for marketing projects across all offices, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the marketing team.
  • Organize and maintain marketing files, documents, and records to ensure easy access and data integrity.
  • Support the upkeep of marketing databases—client lists, contact information, mailing lists—and ensure data accuracy.
  • Help plan and coordinate firm events, seminars, webinars, and conferences, including venue selection, vendor management, RSVP tracking, and material preparation.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, client demographics, and charitable requests to inform marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing team, internal departments, and external vendors or partners.
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts including social media management, email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance, compile reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage blog posting schedules and ensure timely publication of content.
  • Oversee inventory tracking for brochures, business cards, and marketing collateral.
  • Handle administrative duties such as invoice processing and support special projects, including firm events.
