About The Position

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Support Specialist. The right candidate is responsible for supporting both sales and marketing end users on all Digital Marketing technologies, processes, campaigns, and analytics. The Digital Support Marketing Specialist will also help all sales and marketing end users build campaign strategies to help drive and improve traffic and lead generation. This position supports and administers all marketing technologies across the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3+ years’ experience in planning and gathering business requirements specifically for sales and marketing
  • 3+ years’ experience working within a digital marketing environment and various applications
  • 3+ years’ experience working with the Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting HTML
  • 3+ years’ experience managing and supporting Content Management Systems, Email Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills to communicate effectively for training end users with varying levels of marketing and IT experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or Information Technology from a four-year college or university preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer user accounts for all enterprise marketing applications
  • Provide phone, online and occasional in-person support to end users on a variety of digital marketing related issues
  • Document and track the details of the problem, both status and resolution, within the supported tool
  • Follow through and communicate with the user while working the problem and ensure successful and timely completion of the problem
  • Participate in focus groups to enhance existing applications
  • Document new features and/or needs from the business that need to be applied to applications
  • Aid with training end uses on all digital marketing applications
  • Assist with training documentation on all digital marketing applications
  • Assist both the corporate team and end users with web design, HTML code edits and photo enhancement tasks
  • Support users of the DHI website CMS, CRM, Google Analytics and AdWords, and all Enterprise Marketing Technologies
  • Using Google Analytics, maintain and report on site’s overall domain, as well as individual market reports, as needed. Monitor site usage metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Evaluate data integrity of the division CRM databases and recommend process improvements
  • Train all Sales and Marketing end users on all Enterprise Marketing Technologies
  • Email marketing template management
  • Email marketing campaign management with an emphasis on recommendations for best practices as needed by division
  • Identify areas to improve on web listings to help generate more traffic and higher lead generation
  • Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to travel overnight
