About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Administrative Assistant to support and expand both external and internal marketing efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is perfect for individuals with practical marketing experience who are eager to execute and diversify their skill set. It is a hybrid position that also involves administrative, research, and project-based tasks, with the potential to evolve as marketing initiatives grow.

Requirements

  • Approximately 1–5 years of hands-on marketing experience, including content creation or channel management.
  • Strong written communication skills for professional, brand-appropriate content.
  • Experience managing or contributing to LinkedIn and another social media platform for a company.
  • Basic familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and translating technical work into clear messaging.
  • Willingness to take on administrative duties and research projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing within manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, or regulated environments.
  • Exposure to CRM tools like HubSpot and concepts of drip or email campaigns.
  • Experience with internal communications or employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute external marketing content, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Support social media strategies, posting cadence, and basic targeting to enhance visibility within relevant industries such as manufacturing and electronics.
  • Assist with print and digital advertising efforts, including trade publications and campaign coordination.
  • Contribute to branding initiatives, including signage, packaging, and other visual brand elements.
  • Translate internal processes and milestones into clear external and internal messaging.
  • Create internal communications for events, announcements, and employee recognition activities.
  • Design or coordinate internal marketing materials to support employee engagement.
  • Assist with branded items like swag and customer-facing collateral.
  • Conduct research projects and provide analysis and documentation for the CEO.
  • Assist with CRM setup and marketing automation tools as needed.
  • Provide administrative support across operations, finance, HR, and sales.
