Requirements

  • At least three years of marketing, sales, or business management experience, and understands how marketing supports overall business success.
  • Builds strong relationships, facilitates productive meetings, and represents Rosewood with professionalism and care.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Accelo, AI applications, and custom reporting software.
  • Manages multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Leads with humility, values service, and continually seeks to learn and improve both personally and professionally.
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & coordinate the client's whole marketing journey—from onboarding through project completion—serving as their trusted guide and primary point of contact.
  • Develop & manage strategic marketing plans and account management strategies in collaboration with coaches and creatives, ensuring all projects align with each client's goals and values.
  • Oversee & organize timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep multiple marketing initiatives on track and within scope.
  • Collaborate & communicate with internal teams to unify creative direction, brand development, and execution for consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Evaluate & improve marketing performance by reviewing reports, identifying opportunities, and contributing ideas that strengthen client and team results.
