Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supplier marketing, channel marketing, account management, business development, or related business functions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial performance, forecasts, KPIs, campaign analytics, and business metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executive and C-suite audiences.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the confidence to lead strategic business discussions.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives while leading through influence in a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated grit, resilience, and perseverance, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome obstacles, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong consultative, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, business planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; AI-savvy with the ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve business insights, planning, communication, and operational effectiveness.

  • Experience managing strategic supplier, customer, or partner relationships within a technology distribution, OEM, or channel environment preferred.
  • Experience leading executive business reviews, annual planning sessions, or strategic customer engagements preferred.
  • Experience managing supplier-funded marketing investments, MDF, co-op programs, or channel marketing initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of strategic suppliers, building trusted partnerships and serving as the day-to-day face of the account.
  • Lead strategic business discussions with supplier stakeholders, facilitating annual planning sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and ongoing business reviews.
  • Partner with Supplier Management, Sales, and internal marketing teams to develop integrated go-to-market recommendations aligned to supplier priorities and business objectives.
  • Present marketing strategies, business recommendations, investment proposals, and performance updates to supplier leadership, including executive and C-suite audiences.
  • Identify business opportunities, risks, and market trends, providing consultative recommendations that drive supplier growth and long-term success.
  • Coordinate the development of annual marketing business plans by aligning cross-functional stakeholders around supplier goals, priorities, investments, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing visibility into supplier performance against: Annual Business Plan, Forecast, Prior Year Results, Revenue Objectives, MDF Utilization.
  • Review campaign performance, business metrics, and marketing investments to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Deliver executive-ready business updates that translate campaign results into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain an accurate view of supplier priorities, funding, timelines, and strategic initiatives throughout the fiscal year.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across our Marketing Shared Service Organization, Finance, and Supplier Management.
  • Ensure approved marketing plans are effectively transitioned to execution teams, maintaining alignment on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and supplier expectations.
  • Oversee execution progress, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholders while driving accountability and maintaining a consistent supplier experience.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned with both supplier expectations and Arrow business objectives throughout execution.
  • Manage supplier-funded marketing investments, including MDF, co-op funds, and strategic marketing budgets.
  • Partner with Finance and internal stakeholders to monitor budget utilization, funding availability, and investment effectiveness.
  • Review supplier funding opportunities and business cases, recommending adjustments based on performance, priorities, and business needs.
  • Ensure supplier commitments, approvals, and program investments are accurately documented and communicated.
  • Support sound financial stewardship by balancing supplier objectives with Arrow business priorities.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other executive business meetings, presenting business performance, campaign outcomes, and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop executive-quality presentations, dashboards, and business summaries that clearly communicate marketing's impact on supplier growth.
  • Translate campaign metrics, business performance, and market trends into actionable insights that influence future planning and investment decisions.
  • Maintain regular executive communication with supplier stakeholders to strengthen relationships and reinforce Arrow's strategic value.
  • Represent the Supplier Marketing organization with professionalism, confidence, and strong executive presence.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Sales, Supplier Management, MArketing Center of Excellence, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supplier engagement, business reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Share best practices, market intelligence, and innovative ideas that enhance supplier experiences and strengthen marketing effectiveness.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency across internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality supplier outcomes.
  • Support organizational initiatives that advance the Supplier Marketing transformation and operating model.
