About The Position

Bridgeway Park Superior Senior Living Community is under new management and is seeking a strong leader to join their team. The marketer will be responsible for the internal and external marketing of the community, collaborating with all levels of the organization to ensure an excellent brand image and reputation. This community offers unique specialty programs that provide a competitive advantage. The role requires a self-starter focused on achieving and exceeding census goals through lead generation, tours, relationship building, and developing a business development plan.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
  • Knowledge of the Senior Living industry and understanding the difference of service levels (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-starting, focused, goal-oriented
  • Ability to achieve and exceed census goals
  • Driver's License (Required)
  • 75% local travel to networking events, referral sources, and assessments (Required)
  • Business Development: 2 years (Required)
  • Sales: 2 years (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Senior Healthcare: 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Internal and external marketing of the community
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure excellent brand, image, and reputation
  • Create and drive a sales culture in the community with positive influence and attitude
  • Identify new strategies to increase visits to the community
  • Build relationships with hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and specialty physician offices to drive business and sales
  • Communicate daily to the Executive Director and Director of Sales regarding sales appointments and/or leads
  • Achieve and exceed census goals
  • Generate leads, schedule and execute tours, manage customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Self-schedule appointments that can impact sales in the community
  • Develop a business development plan and integral referral relationships in the community
  • Understand competitors in the market and points of difference in our community
