The Market Tire Coach (MTC) is a full-time, field-based role responsible for overseeing tire program performance and growth. This role acts as the subject matter expert in assortment, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and training. The MTC will collaborate with the OEM and their partners, including Regional and Market teams, tire manufacturers, distributors, and the field team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enhance dealer execution, and increase market share. The position involves developing and implementing tire sales strategies, strengthening dealership relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
