About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Market Support Manager in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of individual contributor roles with low to moderate complexity and risk. You will engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the functional area, identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, and make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations. You will also interpret and develop policies and procedures with low to moderate complexity within scope of responsibility, collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers, and interact directly with external customers. Additionally, you will manage the allocation of people and financial resources for Brokerage Support and mentor and guide the talent development of direct reports, assisting in hiring talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Financial Services operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • US only: Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 9/10 and 63 exams or 7, 9/10 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
