About The Position

In this position, FSR+ is an online service reservation software tool built and maintained to enhance the customer’s experience. As an FSR+ Market Specialist at MSX, you will work with the Market Area Managers and Field Coaches to assist/lead various tasks to ensure successful launch and sustainment of automotive Dealerships on the FSR+ platform.

Responsibilities

• Install dealers on the FSR+ tool along with providing on-going support to maximize dealer adoption and utilization.
• Ensure all dealer personnel have the support they need to effectively use the software.
• Develop components for Pre-Visit (Sustainment) Packets for FSR+ Field Coaches.
• Establish clear and concise action plans to help increase the efficiency and utilization of FSR+ tool through customer feedback and data analysis.
• Leverage the use of Remote Experience tools in conjunction with FSR+ to build a strong, committed dealer base.
• Monitor dealer’s performance using Flash Ops Report / Qlik Sense.
• Conduct Trend Analysis on dealership FSR usage, tracking month-over-month usage changes.
• Identify and discuss insights derived from dealership performance data.
