This position is responsible for driving retail sales account growth by establishing, maintaining, and managing effective distributor partnerships. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with Channel Directors and key accounts/distributor partners within a defined territory. The Market Specialist will identify and execute growth opportunities through promotions, increased distribution, merchandising, visibility, and placement. Collaboration with the broader company sales team is essential for executing strategies aligned with priority objectives. The role requires providing monthly reviews to assess territory and distributor performance, implementing goals and performance tracking with distributor sales teams, and driving distributor engagement through support, training, and strategic incentives. Partnering with distributors to identify and resolve gaps in distribution, display execution, and quality standards, as well as monitoring and providing regular updates on sales performance, are key responsibilities. Reviewing territory sales data to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement is also part of the role. Other duties as assigned.
