This role reviews residential and commercial projects, including single family, multifamily, office, and retail, utilizing tools such as Dodge Reports, planning board and zoning notifications, and permit documentation to determine energy source selection. Key responsibilities involve evaluating HVAC, domestic hot water, and appliance designs to assess natural gas usage, analyzing projects that opt for electric or alternative systems, and supporting strategies to promote natural gas solutions. The position leverages Microsoft Copilot for processing planning documents, identifying opportunities, and organizing project data. All projects are uploaded, tracked, and managed within Salesforce, while the incumbent is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, builders, contractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
