The Explorer Market Performance Manager is a results-oriented leader responsible for ensuring Explorer practices achieve quality and Performance Excellence Objective targets within a virtual service model. The primary focus of this role is the direct management of the Explorer field team (Practice Transformation Specialists) and the strategic development and deployment of performance initiatives to ensure performance goals and objectives are met. While the core mission is driving core ACO transformation through effective team leadership, this role also provides strategic development and critical feedback to help shape the ongoing development of the Explorer Program model. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely from anywhere within the US, across all US time zones.
