About The Position

The Market Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring client reporting and deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This position supports client-facing initiatives by maintaining organized documentation, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations required
  • Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred
  • Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the client reporting process, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations
  • Identify and help resolve discrepancies in reporting, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication and follow-through
  • Assist with client-related deliverables, including fulfilling requests and supporting Account Executives and Sales Coordinators
  • Maintain accurate and organized client account documentation, including reporting schedules and trackers
  • Ensure consistency and accessibility of operational records
  • Proactively identify and resolve routine operational issues
  • Contribute to process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing communication, and increasing efficiency
  • Support the development and refinement of procedures and documentation
