Odeko is seeking a Miami Market Manager to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for being the revenue leader in the city, representing Odeko's mission of supporting small businesses. The role involves achieving monthly revenue goals through new customer acquisition and growing existing customer accounts, securing commitments from independent coffee shop owners, and onboarding them to Odeko’s local supply delivery service. The Market Manager will leverage Odeko’s data-driven prospect database to develop new client relationships and drive high-speed growth of partnerships. They will own the customer relationship pre and post-sales, focusing on retention and expansion through upselling, in-person visits, and launching new products. Collaboration with Operations and Support teams for quick issue resolution, meticulous record-keeping in Hubspot for reporting, and working with vendor partners for local events and sampling campaigns are key. The role also involves serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for product or process enhancements, and continually developing knowledge of local and national trends in the specialty coffee industry.
