Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Associate's degree or higher; High school or GED required.
  • Sales Experience: Ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Marketing Acumen: Knowledge of marketing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on market changes and customer feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Soccer Village and the business opportunities in the designated market.
  • Actively seek out and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the assigned target market to maximize sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with B2C decision-makers to retain and grow market share.
  • Meet with partner organizations to select products.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of products, custom options, logos, and numbers.
  • Create and present product layouts for customer approval.
  • Collaborate with service and production teams to ensure customer priorities are met.
  • Provide forecasts for purchasing, revenue, and production.
  • Coordinate promotional support for marketing campaigns, advertising, and sales promotions.
  • Work closely with the store manager and senior leadership to align retail goals, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
