About The Position

The Market Manager of Imaging Services manages the application of diagnostic imaging technology and regulatory standards for the St. Rose Dominican Hospital system. This role is responsible for adopting, developing, and applying policies, protocols, and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services and customer satisfaction. The manager will oversee personnel through performance management, staff selection, training, and communication, leading three direct reports and a staff of approximately 190 FTEs. A key responsibility is ensuring the safety of diagnostic imaging service activities and creating a safe environment for patients, staff, and the public. The role involves approximately 10% travel within the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree
  • Three (3) years of diagnostic imaging experience
  • Two (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field
  • Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) upon hire
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) upon hire, or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) upon hire, or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) upon hire
  • Complex, abstract problem solving capabilities to maintain system-wide functions

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of diagnostic imaging experience
  • Three (3) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging field
  • Demonstrated experience in a complex hospital, acute care, trauma center or stroke center
  • Knowledge and oversight of multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc)
