About The Position
The Market Leader/Designated Broker serves as the face of HomeSmart within their assigned market and is ultimately responsible for the market's growth, agent experience, culture, operational excellence, and brokerage compliance. The Market Leader/Designated Broker is responsible for driving agent recruiting and retention, increasing agent productivity, creating an engaging culture, and ensuring the brokerage operates in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader who enjoys building relationships, coaching agents to grow their businesses, motivating teams, and creating an environment where agents choose to stay because of the value they receive—not simply because of the brokerage they work for.
Requirements
- Designated broker in Florida
- 7-10+ years of experience
- Operational leadership skills
- Brokerage compliance/risk management skills
- Agent retention/success skills
- Sincere desire to grow a brokerage in Florida
