About The Position

The Market Integration – Cloud Services Product Owner owns a portfolio of integration products and “as-a-service” capabilities that enable fast, secure, repeatable onboarding of acquired and non-integrated business units into the enterprise operating model. The role is accountable for outcome-based delivery (time-to-integrate, risk reduction, quality, and cost/unit transparency) through standardized platforms, self-serve experiences, automation, and clear service interfaces (e.g., catalog items, templates, APIs, and runbooks). Operating with shared business/IT accountability and a “one team” mentality, this role reduces handoffs, minimizes bespoke engineering, and continuously evolves the integration product roadmap based on market needs and measured outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience with SDLC
  • Strong experience in M&A integration, enterprise IT, or cloud platform delivery.
  • Deep understanding of cloud services, security, governance, and shared service models.
  • Proven ability to design and scale automated processes across complex environments.
  • Experience applying AI or intelligent tooling to improve discovery, reporting, or operational efficiency.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable services and products.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Product-oriented: thinks in platforms, services, and reusable capabilities.
  • Automation-first: challenges manual effort and continuously looks to remove human dependency.
  • Security-by-design: embeds governance and protection from the start rather than retrofitting later.
  • Outcome-driven: focused on making M&A integration faster, safer, and easier for the business.
  • Continuous improvement: plans, executes, learns, and refines with every acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the integration product roadmap, including backlog prioritization based on business value and measurable outcomes.
  • Define “integration products” with clear purpose, customer journey, inputs/outputs, SLAs/SLOs, service tiers, and pricing/cost unit model.
  • Publish and maintain consumable artifacts: service catalog entries, integration playbooks, reference architectures, templates, APIs/workflows, and adoption guides.
  • Establish a product intake model (lightweight but consistent) to reduce ad-hoc work and handoffs; triage exceptions with clear decision rights.
  • Champion a cloud-first integration strategy, leveraging enterprise cloud platforms to host, secure, discover, and monitor acquired environments.
  • Drive adoption of Starter Kit / Secure the Cloud patterns to rapidly establish secure boundaries, observability, and governance for M&A assets.
  • Ensure cloud services are designed as products: standardized, documented, repeatable, and easy for markets to understand and consume.
  • Ensure every integration path includes automated validation (security controls, configuration compliance, connectivity checks) and built-in observability (logging/monitoring standards, dashboards, alerting).
  • Partner with SRE / Operations to ensure operational readiness for Day 0–steady state (runbooks, incident patterns, support model).
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across M&A workflows, discovery, onboarding, governance, reporting, and lifecycle management.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted discovery, analysis, and reporting to reduce manual effort, improve decision‑making, and increase integration speed and quality.
  • Continuously simplify integration processes by replacing ad‑hoc human‑driven activities with templates, workflows, and intelligent tooling.
  • Translate technical platforms (cloud, security, network, ITSM) into clear service offerings with defined outcomes, inputs, and expectations.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and visual models that make integration easy to understand for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Act as an advocate for the market experience, ensuring services are intuitive, scalable, and reusable across acquisitions.
