About The Position

Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large mortgage company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Market Impact Team Coordinator in our Virginia Beach, Virginia office to join our team. The Market Impact Team Coordinator will have the opportunity to work independently, and to collaborate with team members to plan, and execute directives to help grow our company and sales team. This role will analyze data, develop and maintain reports, manage marketing plans, and support various peer groups and departments to achieve our goals.

Requirements

2 years + Administrative Assistant or Customer Service experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
High degree of professionalism, with a confident desire to succeed

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of social media platforms, Canva and the ability to build presentations preferred

Responsibilities

Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
Coordinating project needs with clients and vendors.
Assisting with branding and marketing needs for internal and external clients.
Assembling and delivering marketing materials to current and prospective clients.
Supporting our Sales Team and Market Impact Team in their day-to-day activities in the field and in the office.
Researching and analyzing data to uncover needs and opportunities.
Maintaining spreadsheets and updating informational resources.
Assisting with billing and expense reporting.
Ordering supplies and marketing materials for clients.
Writing letters, emails, and correspondence to prospects and clients.
Booking conference calls, hotels, air travel, etc.
Handling clerical and administrative processes and best practices.
Assisting with event support which may require lifting up to 45lbs.
Performing other duties as assigned.
