About The Position

The Market I Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional service aligned with the core values and mission of Apache Casino Hotel. This role involves managing store processes, inventory, sales, and team development, while also contributing to financial reporting and strategic planning to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One year of fast-food supervisor experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience handling and counting large amounts of cash.
  • Experience utilizing currency and coin counters.
  • Experience with inventory control and food cost.
  • Experience with ordering and scheduling.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Skills and abilities to work with personal computers, point of sale systems, and safety equipment.
  • Knowledgeable in sanitation, food safety, guest service, and cash control policies, practices, and protocols.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment processing, including drug screen and obtaining/maintaining a Gaming Permit from For Sill Apache Gaming Commission.
  • Must obtain an Oklahoma food handler card.

  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets and various revenue reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Control day-to-day processes in the store, including display of goods, checklists, pull/thaw system, time and temperature control, allotting duties, managing shift numbers, and supervising/training new team members.
  • Manage product inventory ordering and counting.
  • Set up and organize sales and promotional displays as instructed by the C-Store Director.
  • Understand and implement departmental objectives, standards, guidelines, and budgets to maximize revenues.
  • Create daily, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue reports using Excel spreadsheets and various revenue reporting systems.
  • Forecast future sales based on industry, market, and seasonal promotions to generate growth.
  • Manage team member development and job performance, including scheduling, annual evaluations, and performance management.
  • Assume a role of authority, set an example, delegate responsibility, empower team members, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Oversee all financial transactions at the store.
  • Assist in the design of policies and strategies to attract customers and increase profits.
  • Work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel.
  • Attend monthly strategic planning meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
  • Maintain regular attendance.
