Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Prepares various foods for the Market Grille and is responsible for all hot foods and cold foods including available heat-and-eat varieties. This role involves preparing cooking surfaces, vegetables, sides, meats, breakfast foods, and all menu items. The cook will place food in hot cases, monitor amounts, and refill as necessary, and must be knowledgeable of all menu items to take guest orders. Additionally, the cook prepares items for upcoming shifts, ensures personal understanding of all aspects of the Market Grille, and maintains proper sanitation procedures and a clean work area.
